The book was about the materials on economy, food and merchandise. It shows the important matters and orders on the system of agriculture,water transportation, etc. Three prefaces by Zhu Yijin, Li Mo and Guan Tingdong. The main mission for this book was to lead the officials toward the right way, at the same time, it also collected a lot of first-hand records about the Southern China’s economy, which became very important historical materials for Economic Research in mid-Qing Dynasty (1796-1850 A.D.) . | |
