| 附註項 | 卷首額題“清涼山靈志”，下署“清楚南蒼梧釋心宗無念選輯”。卷前有文殊菩薩像，題“甘樂滄刊”，另有五臺山圖。卷末詳敘《清涼山志》自唐宋迄明清之流傳遞修，云此志乃明正德間所始修，二十卷，下逮萬曆，彼選訂一冊，並為付梓，則此書為摘選萬曆《清涼志》而成。 This book was titled in "qing liang shan ling zhi" and was revised by "qing chu nan cang wu shi xin zong wu nian". There was an illustration of Manjusri bodhisattva with inscription of "gan le cang kan" and an illustration of "wutai mountain" on the fore volume. The postscript in the end recorded the passing on and changes of qingliang shanzhi from Tang Dynasty, Song Dynasty down to Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty. This book was started to compile from 1506-1521 A.D. to 1573-1620 A.D. with twenty volumes preserved in one cover. Therefore this book was excerpted from the "qingliang zhi" published during Emperor Wanli's reign in 1573-1620 A.D. . | |
